I was a writer before I became a call center agent. Ooopsss… let’s back up a little, before I became a “dedicated” call center agent. Hehehe… the added word must give you a hint as to how much I loved the BPO industry.
I’ve always wanted to become an indie writer. Someone who can write about anything, anywhere, anytime in anyways. Someone who doesn’t need to be enslaved of formats, grammar rules and highfalutin terminologies. I just want to be at liberty to print my thoughts.
I was once told that if I pursue a writing career, I must be open to the idea that it doesn’t guarantee financial stability which is true in every sense of the word.
That realization as a beginner pushed me to try something else. Something to explore at, to learn from and of course to earn from — the BPO.
