Over recent years business outsourcing to Contact Centres or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Companies is now a significant business trend. Gone are the days where companies think outsourcing is a negative . There are many good reasons to outsource to companies that specialise in BPO in Europe.
It has been reported that worldwide call centre and BPO business outsourcing service revenues will reach as much as €139 billion in 2015. It is anticipated that growth in this sector will be driven by both business process outsourcing and by traditional call centre services outsourcing . This growth will be precipitated by companies and industries that are either growing fast and/or are looking for ways to cut costs and overheads while maintaining excellent customer service, sales and after sales, BPO and tech support services in Europe.
